The parliamentary Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists brought its inaugural Liberty Summit to Albania. Four days of lively speeches and discussions explored the damaging legacy of Communism, uniting heroes of dissident movements and scholars along with noted liberal and conservative parliamentarians from over thirty countries. Iceberg Communication organized and managed all the summit activities including historical tours and gala dinners, even decorating the conference hall with a mock-up of the Berlin Wall.
